I don't know about you, but I love to keep my vegan diet varied by frequently adding new healthy vegan snacks. I have always been a devout snacker, but after I went vegan, I became even more adventurous in my habits. It's as if nothing scares me now; I'm always down to try a new vegetable- or fruit-based snack, especially if it's like nothing I've tasted before. That means I'm always on the hunt for snacks that pack flavor without a ton of added salt, sugar, or anything too processed. These new vegan snacks are mostly healthy in just that way, so you can snack away without feeling crappy after.
RAW VEGAN CUPS
These raw Hail Merry Cups ($3) are a great snack to cup up into little pieces and serve when you have people over. All the flavors are good, but my favorite is probably the Dark Chocolate Espresso. While it might be a stretch to call them healthy, as far as desserts go, this is a whole food-based treat that gets most of its sweetness from maple syrup.
