Why are Hail Merry Snacks Refrigerated?
Due to the delicate nature of our fresh, plant-based ingredients, all of our products must be kept refrigerated until ready to eat. We don't use any preservatives or stabilizers, which means the coconut oil in our snacks will turn into a sweet cuddle puddle if they are left out at room temperature.

How should I store my Cups?
Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.  Our Cups can also be stored in the freezer to further extend their life!

Will my order be shipped with ice?
All of our products are shipped in custom insulated boxes with dry ice to keep cool during transit. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to process.  Orders received by end of day Wednesday each week will ship the following Monday.  A $10 dry ice surcharge is applied to the shipping cost during warmer months.
