¼ cup raw cacao powder
2 Tablespoons agave
1 Tablepoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon Singing Dog Vanilla Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
For the magic shell:
½ cup Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon virgin coconut oil
Directions:
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir to melt. Transfer to a shallow bowl and set aside to cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Roughly chop Hail Merry Almond Butter Dark Chocolate Cups and crumble Hail Merry Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookie Dough.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine banana, avocado, coconut milk, agave, chia seeds, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy.
- Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add chopped Hail Merry cups and cookie dough. Gently mix with spatula to incorporate. Chill nice cream in freezer until solid.
